Yeah, but it depends. The PS3 is probably a better machine, but the only way you can get your hands on one is buy pre-ordering like what i did. If you want to buy the newest game console right now go for the Wii.

No! The wii has limited games and is very childish. If you want to play sport go outside? Don't play inside and damage your tele with flying wii-mote. Also, a major game developer has backed out of going with the Wii any longer because they said and I quote, " It is a piece of s***".

if you like the wii buy it.
but really think what games do you like the wii Xbox 360 Playstation3 have there own unique games and the way they look.
think of what games you like then decide.

Hell yeah - everyone i know loves playing the wii. People who even hate consoles think this thing is amazing. I would so recommend getting your hands on one as they are amazing!!!!!!!!

NO....if you want to run around and do physical activity (the tennis game for example)...go outside. If I want to play video games I am sitting back relaxing, not jumping up and down and all around.
