Hi! Congrats on your engagement!
If the dress is properly tailored, I guarantee that it will stay up on you. Strapless tops and strapless dresses are different (so I can see why you're worried since the tops tend to slip down.
I am the same size bra as you are, so I understand your worries.
I had a strapless dress for a bridesmaid's dress recently, and it did not fall. I actually didn't even have to wear a bra!
They do have special tape that will stay on your skin, so if you want to feel safe get some of that.
Here's a little food for thought: Strapless dresses actually fit better on smaller-busted gals because nothing hangs over and it looks less sloppy and more feminine since it accentuates your collar bone and shoulders.
Hope this helps!
p.s. I looked around for you, and I found the tape to hold your dress up (that I just might have to buy for myself!):

Jeeez George, it's her wedding! she's not going to wear a clear strap bra with a strapless gown...guys!
If you find a good strapless gown it will have a constructed bodice with bra cups sewn in and plenty of boning. When you have it fitted and altered for you it will fit perfectly and you will have no trouble with it slipping (without double-stick tape LOL) and you won't need to wear a bra with it.
I couldn't agree more that strapless dresses do look best on girls with your bra size, and believe me you will look sensational!

My friend was not even an A cup for her wedding she had a strapless dress and they just altered it so it was really tight through the bodess and sewed padding into it so she had some boobs.

Theres a kind of tape that can hold your dress up... Or get it tailored. I'm sure they can make it fit you correctly. I'm a A cup and strapless things stay up fine on me....

They make this double sided tape which i would presume that they would sell right at the place where you purchase your dress.

Its not fully strapless, but have you thought about those clear straps? It will support you, but give you the look you are wanting to have.
