not anymore. the law was passed sometime back after an android named Bob ran off with the love of his life - Jessica the Deuces Wild Poker Machine - and caused some major damage to the casino floor at the Luxor. they then banned them playing all games whatsoever.
they are allowed to play in vegas, as long as they dont tweak the ATM's registry....
