Directv dvr work with dish network?

Question

I am changing from Directv to Dish. I have shows I still want to watch on directv dvr. How can I see or can I transfer to Dish dvr that I am getting installed.

If you bought your DirecTV DVR, you can keep it and use it to play back already recorded shows, but you can't record anything new.
