It is possible and happens all the time!
If the teacher has done something wrong against you. Sometimes you can file an official report or complaint at the school. This will go on their record.
Also you can always call up schools and find out where this teacher has gotten a new job. Send a letter to their new employer describing their history.

Around here, if a school does not want a teacher to come back next year, they will call the teacher in and tell them that their contract will probably not be renewed, and then give them the opportunity to resign before contract discussions with the school board. That way when they apply for their next job they do not have to put "yes" by the question that asks if they were ever not renewed.
It is not really a good system because it passes the bad teachers along to another district. A school district should check up on a teacher's previous employment before hiring them. The previous school might not be able to say exactly what they did, but the question "would you hire them again in the future?" will usually get the message across.

Yes it is possible. It would all depend on if the reason was for misconduct, and if so what type. Some school districts are more lax than others. Also if the teacher can furnish letters of recommendations from other teaching positions. If you know of a teacher who left one school district and you know that the person is not suitable to be around children.. please.... notify the new district.

Some of the very large, dangerous schools in the "inner city" are very desperate for teachers since it's so scary to teach there, they might concider hiring someone, but of course, it all depends on why the teacher was fired in the first place.
