Hi guys,is it possible to smell that bad,that my wife or friends and even my GP can't smell it ?

But colleagues at work and some few other people can,it smell so bad that they will gasp for air when i work pass them,now if i smell that bad why can't i smell it my self or my wife,friends and GP,pls i need help on this issue because they are making my life hell

Lets see,perhaps when you get home from work you shower and clean up therefore your wife doesn't smell it.
You clean up prior to your Dr appointment.
You possibly get stressed at work,work up a sweat at work and the smell presents itself easier.
Perhaps there is medication you are taking that causes this,perhaps there is something in your diet that causes this and yes perhaps you have a medical condition that promotes this.
Visit your GP in the middle of the day having to leave work and thereby taking the smell with you.
There too are tests that your GP can do to test your body's PH levels etc which could be a factor in this smell problem.
If you have this concern and you are aware of the problem regardless of whether anyone can smell it and you have the insurance that will cover the Dr visits and testing,don't quit until you get a diagnosis/treatment for this problem.

I don't mean to sound rude but to you shower regular & use deodorant? I can see why your can't smell you since she is used to you. But your GP should be able to since you aren't with him all the time. I guess you should finfd a Dr. that can find out if it is a certain hormone or something producing the smell.

the people closest to you are either used to it...or have the same smell.

You and your wife probably have the same diet, so smell alike and neither of you can tell anymore.

Your friends spend a lot of time with you maybe they got used to it.

I don't know what a GP is.
