Never, Canada has a balanced budget, higher standard of living as well as great educational programs, why would they want to take on America and all it's it's social turmoil?
I am sure Canada would be happy to take a stated or two off your hands, many seem to be willing to give up Vermont these days. I like Vermont Maple syrup and good skiing.

Hopefully never,I am from the U.S.,and if that happened ,think of all the Canadians who would be financially hurt by the U.S. tax code,and they would no longer have social health care and many Canadians would suffer great financial losses.
If that would happen,I don't see Americans paying homage to the Queen of England .
There is less crime in Canada,their beer is better,their enviroment is better,and they mind their own business and take care of their own citizens ,unlike the U.S.
I have traveled through much of Canada,and have never seen not even 1 piece of paper laying in the street,or any kind of filth or litter ,that you see in the United States.
They take pride in their country,and they keep it clean,especially the enviroment. Maybe the U.S. could learn something from them.

drill holes in our heads and suck out half our brain or do you guys have a simpler way of doing that?
wear tank tops and hate all minorities?
sleep with our sisters and brothers?
become arrogant and ignorant?
push our lower class citizens to fight in a war for oil and military show-man-ship?
stop caring about the environment?
think that we are the greatest the world has ever seen, while the rest of the world thinks we are a joke?
