Have you ever noticed how, if you get an office full of bored adults, they soon turn in to children.
We're having an audit this week, so we pretty much don't have anything to do. Everyone is yelling at the top of their voices despite the fact they're sitting right next to each other. They're talking crap. They're being really boring and idiotic. Some of them are shooting spitballs for christ's sake.
*sigh* Half an hour to go...

It seems to be human nature. No matter what workplace you're
talking about, when "work" grinds to a halt, everybody (almost)
reverts to their childhood. Fun and games are all they seem to
be able to think about. YES, I've noticed that in many working
environments.

That's happened here too when we get ready for an audit. I usually take that point in time off, because my co-workers ALWAYS act like children.

Ah, just let them have their fun !!
An office atmosphere can get so stressful sometimes, that they are probably just releasing some of that stress !
I think it's a riot !
