I know how that feels. I did my last job for 8 years and the last 3 years were complete agony, I woke up in the morning in utter despair and was close to a breakdown. I left last October and am now working for much less money, but I feel so much less stress.
Think carefully about what you would like to do and how you could go about getting there and do it. Life is too short and remember that we spend most of our life working so its important to do something that you enjoy or that at least gives you some form of satisfaction.
Good luck!

Ok, relax;

When you get home, and its a sunny day or raining doesnt matter, do the following:

Logon to the web and search for more unfortunate countries like:

darfur,kenya,africa,or eastern europe, or asia, and you will better, we have to be great ful, prblem is, we compare our selves to others, and let our characters ruin our lives,

if other can put up with it worse stuff lets put with it.

good luck

Dont take it the wrong way ok please,

regards

jam

Hey, Bex. Make a list. Life... what is good. Life...what is bad. Include everything you can think of that is relavent to the list. It would be most beneficial to do this during working hours if you can get away with it.

I really hated mine too, but last year I quit and I can honestly say I've never been happier & healthier too. It ain't easy, but do you wanna be pee'd off for the rest of your working life?

Try to look at it this way - at least you have a place to go and you are earning money. You are not unemployed and looking for a job.

Keep looking for a job. Its easier to find a job when you have one.
