I can't click with the touchpad anymore.

There should be an option under "touchpads" or "mouse" in the control panel. Either that or there will be an icon in your system tray (down by your clock) that says either "touchpad" or "synaptics".
Under that menu you will have the option of changing the touchpad settings.

If it is not physically broken, just go into Contro panel, and under either Mouse, or something like touchpad, it should display the options; it is possible that one box is not activated

You have probably turned it off. Look for a little button, or something, to push it back to on. The switches are usuallay toggle switches for touch pads.
