Stuffed .Take out the core and scoop out most of the apple,leaving a thick apple lined skin.Put the scooped apple in a pan with a desert spoon of raisins or sultanas,level desert spoon of sugar,1/4 t,spoon Cinnamon(opt)Tea spoon butter,and cook n stir till butter melts and sugar absorbed only.take straight off heat and stuff back into the peel and bake in oven at gas 5 / 180" about 15-25 Min's until lightly golden.Eat straight away with ice cream or cremefreche or custard or cream.And if you like top with raspberry coulee.
