Last year, the Bengals had more arrests than wins. Can Marvin Lewis (who I think is a great and underrated coach) clean house and rid his team of criminals? Or will they once again have more visits to bail bondsmen than to the win column?

There is always a threat of stupidity in major sports. The Bengals have taken the lions share lately. Until we all stop lifting these morons to such high status and not hold them accountable for their actions off the field, it will continue.
Now, to answer your question:
Win: 8
Loss: 8
Arrests: 4
But I am a dreamer, so I will not be surprised if its 8's all the way across.

I'd set the o/u at about 3. I know it's a little low, but I think once they implement a 0 tolerance rule then things will change. There will be an arrest or 2, but not much more then that. It also depends on who they draft. And I heard they are looking to trade for PacMan Jones and change there nickname from the Cincinnati Bengals to the D-Block Pinta-dwellers.

The Bungals were a lowly 8-8 last year, not 10-6 & yeah, this classy (all of it low) bunch of criminals will go on to set a newer, greater record of arrests once again proving, that even with a bunch of criminals they can rise to mediocrity ( depending on how high the bail is set). I feel very sorry for Lewis to be stuck with players & owners that don't seem to mind breaking the law whenever it suits them.

The Bengals are very worried about their image and Lewis has already said that character is going to be a huge factor in who they draft. Plus the NFL has threatened to crack down on the Bengals if they have another season like last. Don't be surprised at all if they don't get in a any trouble.

I think the Bail Bondsmen will still be busy next year. If John D is right and they trade for Pacman, they will need to hire an in-house Bondsman.

Well Chris Henry is good for at least 3 or 4 himself. I'll give Odell Thurman another so I'll say 5.

Because you compared the arrests to wins here you go...

Think it will be under 3. Marvin Lewis and new NFL Commissioner will get the situation under control.

I think there will be 2, maybe 3, arrests in the upcoming season.

Chris Henry is a given for one, and he could be arrested twice. My crystal ball foresees Chad Johnson also being arrested.

I think the bengals will be good this year and no arrests will happen.
