Welfare costs about 10k a year per person in the united states.
Wouldnt it make more sense to just give everyone 10K every year for life?
It would solve everything and eliminate the HUGE costly government that is doling it out now. And its fair.. the same for everyone.

A better welfare system? how about NO system, get off you lazy A$$ and get a job. Swallow your pride, start at the bottom again, fast food and grocery stores are always hiring!!

Maybe then we can get the Republican Welfare States off of welfare as well.

how about a limited time on welfare and then a repayment of either cash or community service. say to habitat or red cross or something. i am tired of giving when we get nothing in return. maybe if we en mass decide not to pay taxes one year in would do something. darn those pay you not to work programs.
