I would have to hear all sides of the story.
Although, I did serve in a jury recently, and I must say that even the (seemingly) easiest decisions are made impossible by the way the lawers try to work you.
I figure it is rarely ever black and white.

Funny supposition.
He's a politician. People's feelings towards him are political.
Hence the results would be as expected, a political trial.
You can't separate his politics from his actions. So impartiality is impossible.
As was the case with Libby.

He will never be impeached. Since he is innocent. So I would look at any evidence and its source very closely before making any decision.

To be honest, I suspect I would have far too much resentment against him for what he has done to our country to be fair and impartial. Still, I would fully acknowledge and support his right to a fair trial. I would be an interesting exercise in nonattachment.

Although this will never happen, I would say nobody could be fair and impartial. The U.S. is so divided, either you support him or you don't.

First, President Bush will never be impeached or brought to trial because he hasn't done anything illegal. Therefore the rest of your question is irrelevant.

I could. However, I don't support GWB because of what I've learned about him and his family. Despite what I know, I believe justice should be blind and I could separate my personal feelings from my duties. After all, we are forced to do that every day since we have to be politically correct in our speech, politically correct in our actions, etc.

Its not likely to happen. Just because people feel that way doesnt make it a closed case. Remember innocent until proven guilty?
