When will he come clean?

We all know that Dick Cheney has serious health issues (heart problems, blood clots, etc). When he goes to meet his maker, will George Bush come clean and admit that Cheney was running the show and he (Bush) didn't have the courage to stand up to him (Cheney)?

Although Cheney has formulated American foreign policy for the last 6 years, the think tank he co-founded is capable of continuing the advising to Bush.
I saw a news article that said when the American Enterprise Institute presents a policy paper, you know the White House is about to announce a policy change that matches in a day or two.

Cheney isn't the ONLY neo-con, just the most rabid.... er... enthusiastic.
