Try the Sterling Silver Polish from Tiffanys. It's about 10-15 dollars, but it works better than anything else out there and it'll help it from tarnishing for a long time to come! You can just go into a Tiffany's store and ask for it.

Flitz Chrome Polish. The stuff is excellent. It can be purchased at an automotive store and you will have A LOT extra.

Use a silver polish like tarn-x

I would use toothpaste to clean them :)
