I would definitely choose to lose my hearing. My Mother-IN-Law is 65% deaf in both ears, it makes me feel so bad. You literally have to scream in order for her to hear you. Since being deaf runs in their family, my hubby jokes that he's gonna be deaf and I'm going to be blind because everyone in MY family, Including me, wears glasses.
