Extreemly difficult. Its one of the most depressing industry as far as gender discrimination is concerned. The only areas in which women are either equal in number or more than men is cabin crew, check-in desks and ticketing! Disgusting!

Come on guys give them a break after all they belong to us,as mothers wifies,sisters and our friends as well
