I am 5'10 170 pounds and I know of a female that is about my build and weight in Montreal canada I have seen her wrestle. Right now she has been unbeatable even by men. I think I can beat her but to prove that I must travel to Canada to accept her challenge. So with those variables who would win. Also she is in her twenties and I am in my forties. Neither of us smokes or drinks and we are both in exceptional shape. You can go to her web site "key" in Pamela the mixed wrestler from Montreal. She knows all kinds of holds. She is a submission wrestler. Who does use choke holds. Me I am a former military cop,former store detective,private policeman and I have some grappling experience from 27 yrs ago and I have some martial arts training. I believe I could beat her but based on this info. let me know what you think from the men and the women?

It doesn't matter what you know or what she knows when you both are that good and at the top of your game it just comes down to who will make the first wrong move and the other will make the right move. And from what I have seen and read she will beat you because you are older and she will be quicker and more flexible than you are.
