fold green paper in half and draw shamrock then cut.
I can draw from any picture, something like doing hearts for Valentines.

find a shamrock shape that you like, then trace it on to the construction paper. use sissors to cut it out

make a bunch of little green hearts and glue them all together making a shamrock looking thing.

And to add to the above post, make another one the same way on another shade of green paper, maybe even a lighter weight paper, and glue the center of it on top of the larger one for dimension and texture. Don't forget to include the stems on all your shammies.
