I didn't get to see the end and so I missed the credits where it would tell you. I know there was some classical pieces played towards the beggining and some jazz stuff. Any help is appreciated.

The first song that House plays on the piano and Patrick repeats is "I Don't Like Mondays" by the Boomtown Rats.
The classical piece Patrick performs on stage is Beethoven's Waldstein Sonata (No. 21 in C major, Op. 53, Allegro con brio).

But, didn't he say one piece was something he wrote in Jr. High and he couldn't remember the ending...he played the beginning and Dave Matthews played an ending?
