In the movie the third miracle, what was the third miracle that occured?

I know the first was the bombing and the next was the girl with lupus, but what was the third?

In my opinion, it was restoration of the priest's faith.

If I were to guess, and we are all guessing here i would say it was her daughter and the fact that this prosess gave her closure and gave the priest new found faith and now there is a granddaughter to be brought up and that is a miracle in itself. So many things were against the daughter and still she made it with a daughter to boot.

There was no third miracle found by the priest, so that blocked cannonization.

However, you may consider that the priest finding his faith again was really the third miracle.
