Yahoo customer service sucks when it comes to trying to get information on recovering your account. When you opened your account, you had to provide your birthdate and a secret question. If you have this info(question was like if you remembered the name of the street you grew up on or pet's name etc). Anyway log onto yahoo and attempt to get into your account and after a couple of failed access, it will provide you with Yahoo Help info that can prompt to answer the secret question. If you don't remember the answer then your birthdate alone should work fine. Yahoo makes it extremely difficult to obtain customer support for problems of this type. Good Luck!!
