hello friend i was also a victim of the same virus. the only solution is to format the pc. i mean u ave to un install all the programs and delete all logical drives. and format the pc n install fresh cope of windows or which ever operating system u r using. after installation of operating system first install drivers n norton. dont connect to inter net noe. then install all programs u require. after installing them connect to net and keep norton for live update. dont open any site b4 norton is updated.
then do full system scan n keep live update of norton automatic.
i m sure ur problem will b solved.

You can normally remove that one with Ad-Aware SE Personal, free to download.
Before running it, though, turn off System Restore to prevent the thing coming back from a backup hidden in there, then boot into Safe Mode & run your software in that mode. While you're at it, run AVG as well.
When you reboot into normal mode, remember to turn restore back on.
That should do the trick.

if you have run avg and nortons does the alert come up soon as you log on . if it does it could be the trojan been cleaned off but the alert is still hiding in your system restore thats what happened to me. what you need to do is go to start/control panel then system click on this then you will see system restore on a tab click on this and then turn system restore off . then turn puter off and restart it . let the puter start up then turn system restore back on and turn puter back off and on again if it was hiding in there you shouldnt see the alert hope this helps it did clear it for me

Hi

You have to download avg, trial version:

http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1

AVG Anti-Virus Free
AVG Anti-Spyware Free

Ok

Now downloa and run both or one of them, which ever one fits your problem, read the intructions, description etc,

The next thing to do is restart your computer and keep pressing f8, (basicaly login as safe mode), and run that software , and you should be all ok,

May have to delete the particluar trojan from windows registery but you shouldnt nee dto do that. avg take scare of it.

Good luck

Regards

Jam

Save everything you can't stand to lose onto a flash drive or another hard drive, or discs, and reformat and reload windows and all yer programs. If they virus killers can't get it, it's the only way for mere mortals.

you must quarrentine the virus, if you can, to a floppy disk. this will eliminate it from your computer. or, use your virus protection software to delete it. most have an automatic pop-up with the options "delete, remove, ignore, quarentine"
