personally, some that rocks the walls: ac/dc, metallica, black sabbath. bands like that just get the adrenaline going and they pump you up so that you exercise to the fullest.

Anything techno/dancy. It may not be your style, but the reason you hear it in so many gyms and exercise classes is because those kinds of songs have so many beats per minute. They get you revved up and help you stay that way while you work out.

when i ever want to get pumped up for a game i put on rock you like a hurricane. if you don't want to move around after that song, just give up trying to exersize forever.

Choose your favorite fast pased songs to work out to....you know, the ones that make you get and dance. Adn for a cool down, used the slow or slow jams to relax with.
