I am 58. they have started only recently. They are puffy then go down about 3 hrs. later. I have enough extra baggage ..I don't need more under my eyes!

with respect to ur age the skin under ur eyes is too thin
so use vitamine E cream under eyes

they say in the magazines to put used tea bags or frozen package of something and hold under the eyes to remove puffy bags.

soak a couple of cotton pads in chilled milk and lay them at the puffy area. it really works! good luck

use olay regenerist... it seems to work on tightening the skin around the eyes and making them look more firm and not so baggy...
i recommend this product a lot and most who use it get good results...
