I have a Canon S600 printer that prints black only, began today. The color tanks are all full. I reinstalled the software and that didn't work.
If anyone is familiar with the Canon printers with individual color tanks, I'd appreciate any advice.

Reinstall the ink cartridges and run a diagnosis check on the printer heads.

Go to your printer properties, then options. Under option there should be a place labeled print in greyscale. Uncheck this box. That should work for you.

check the ink cartriges, press them into a tissue if you'll get a blot on the tissue it still has ink, otherwise replace cartrige
