"Say" that your pregnant.....What? If you got your period then you are more than likely NOT pregnant.

Some women have breakthrough bleeding in early pregnancy but it is typically much lighter than a period.

The big pain in your belly.... It could be gas or cramping from your period. All of that is normal.

Unless you got a positive pregnancy test, I would say you are not pregnant.

There are times (although it isn't that common) when women who are pregnant have spotting during the days when they would've gotten their menses and they feel the same symptoms that they would usually have during those days.
I strongly recommend a blood test or some kind of pregnancy test to make sure if you are pregnant or not, cause if you aren't and you are hurting too much then you might have ovarian cysts which cause cramps, bloating and a heavy flow.
Good luck.
