Yes. Try to imagine this.
Someone who is not a CIA agent is outed. Now the Libs grab onto it and want an investigation. During that investigation they discover that it wasn't an agent after all but don't want to be embarrassed. So they pick out someone in the administration and make a scapegoat of him. Libby wasn't even the one who outed Valerie Plame. It was Armatage, but that doesn't stop the Libs. Oh no. They then find the busiest man in the administration and start quizzing him about conversations that he had with numerous reporters two years ago. So now they convict him but not on the original charge because that was incorrect, but rather for his saying that he didn't recall what he said during the investigation. You know, like Clinton didn't recall or like Sandy Burger couldn't' recall.
Falsely convicted, you bet.

No such thing as a false conviction!
No matter how you view it, this is the USA. If the jury convicts your butt, your guilty. Just like Leonard Peltier. And, if they say you didnt do it, then you didnt do it. Just like OJ.
There are appeals. And Libby can make his. Plus there is a good chance he could pardoned.

YES, I believe he was the fall guy for Bush & Co.
I say this as a conservative. I voted for Bush twice and even gave money to his campaign. I have also donated to the GOP several times.
But facts are facts.
I no longer have allegiance to Bush & Co. because he no longer has allegiance to me and fellow conservatives. He's given our homeland, the United States away to Mexico. I don't like the idea of being a minority in my own homeland and I don't like the idea of having my life dictated by Mexico. Which will certainly happen due to the ongoing demographic shift, unless a miracle occurs.

There's pretty clear evidence he lied under oath on material matters. That is what he was convicted for, so no, he wasn't convicted wrongly.

he was not falsely convicted, he was falsely charged. it was proven that no crime was committed in this case, in other words, there should have been no trial for libby in the first place.

No, but this goes much farther than just him. He was the fall guy for Rove and Cheney.

I don't know for sure but where there is smoke, there is fire. Actually, I suppose HE is the only person who knows for sure whether he is guilty or not.
