Harvard University through the Harvard Extension School offers journalism courses and a major in Journalism. Now, before you pack your bags, you must understand that the extension school is a continue education department, and it may or may not have the same "prestige" as other Harvard colleges. Also, try to find internship programs in the Washington DC area since there tends to be many publications and newspapers in this area.

Summer internships are very competitive especially for journalism. Try Brown, Berkley, UCLA, U of Chicago.
