Heck no,,throw the real weed growers in jail, the dealers, crack dealers, etc,,this poor woman just trying to make an extra buck,,,give her a slap on the wrist,,and let her live the rest of her short life outside of jail,,thats pathetic,,she did'nt kill anyone geez, waste the tax payers dollars once again

No way! Poor old thing, just give her a warning and send her on her way. What harm is she doing so long as she isn't selling the stuff to minors?! What a complete waste of police and legal time, there are more serious offenders out there who need to be prosecuted.

I think part of the problem is that she was feeding it to other people. Were they aware? It may not be supply in the normal sense, but it is distribution and its not her first offence. If she wishes to campaign for medicinal acceptance, fine, but do it within the law and dont presume that others support you because you have fed them the stuff.
