Both. I'm 41 with high school age kids of my own. I hope they have as much fun as I did.

When I look at my high school year books, they remind me of the good and bad times I have had. They also remind me of who my friends are, and who the rude people are. But, I'm only a senior in high school. I'm going to try and keep my year books so I can look back at what it used to be like.

I graduated in 1979. I didn't purchase one every year... just my Freshman year (lost that one) and senior year. I still have the senior year yearbook. I have birthdays to remind me of how old I am. The yearbook only reminds me of how glad I am to be past that age and to have those years far behind me.

I'm 44 and have my junior high (middle school) and high school yearbooks. I don't look at them very often, but when I do, it's to remember my friends.

Does one of my college year books count? I look at it and wonder where all my hair went.
