My eyes switch from green to blue just like yours do, and I've never seen it as a disadvantage. People are always coming up to me, wishing they could have eyes like mine. So, as for your problem, I don't see it as a problem at all. You should go with either, depending on what type of look you're going for that day. (BTW, it's really fun to trip up the DMV when they're trying to decide ur eye color! lol)

What's wrong with bringing out the separate colors in your eyes?
I think it's great, actually. You get to choose which eye color you want each day just by changing up your eyeshadow :)
I have green eyes, and I use Origins' Purple Passion eyeshadow on my lid, and Soft Touch under my brow as a highlighter. Check these colors out www.origins.com, and try to match them to your brand of make-up. The purple really brings out my green eyes.
But don't be afraid to bring out the blue some days, either. Browns and taupes will do that.

I heard that for green or blue eyes you should wear a more darker colour like brown. it brings out the colour of you eyes.

I think you have a great advantage. Depending on what you wear clothing wise should help you decide what color eyeshadow to wear and what color to make your eyes.

Try using eye shadow to correspond with your outfit other then that you really don;t have a choice because you can't control when your eye color changes.
