well i know the effects but im not a serious trainer, i just do bicep curls at the moment. Is there any bad effects of taking this if im not training alot? Or can it have its advantages???

i have taken this before, specifically the zmass brand. only thing i noticed is that it helped me, sleep better and felt more well rested in the morning. if you are trying to add mass. just lift using big compound movements, and EAT!

I take ZMA, I weigh 148 pounds, I bench pressed 225 pounds 5 times the other day, and leg pressed about 550 pounds 10 times.

I sleep better recently too

Everything of that nature has a negative side effect.
