How about the Minotaur? Just look at Greek/Roman mythology and pick a creature there. Or, you could look at Rabelais (15th/16th c. French writer) and pick a character in his works (like Gargantual or Pantagruel).

umm... how about bigfoot, or monotaur(dont know if i spelt it right) and u can just google mythical creature adn u should get tons and have no problem zeroing in on one and getting info

Write about Jörmungandr or something cool like that. You can do your own research, though.
