I have an idea that is pretty good. I want to put out a product that is already out there. But I want to give it my own name. I think that the name will sell the product. How do I go about doing this?

I want to market a product. It isn't a new invention but I want to rename it. I want to come out with a new brand name deordorant. I'm sure it will market well because of the new name that I have. How should I do this?

with advertising as it is today, you need to find a way to advertise why your product is better, like with cleaning products, always testing against the "leading brand"

what kind of product is it? dont have to go into many details, (cleaning product, food, accessory,etc.) might get a better response on here with better marketing strategies
