omg this is so true at my office
it is almost more like middle school where everyone is concerned about everyone else and it has nothing to do with work

Yes you will always end up working with some stupid *** that still acts like there in school. I work with someone like that now that always has to go to the boss and cry about other people are doing something wrong like she never does anything wrong. Then at my old job I had a boss that was really too young and had short sh!t syndrome and just thought she was cool. Everyone just started calling her a umpa cause she always ate chocolate and waddle around.

Its true that people mature after leaving high school but the fundamentals of life are set out in high school, so if you are a backstabber in high school, that trait will most likely stay with you for life, it may fade with maturity but it will still there, if you get what im getting at.
So in all honesty High scool really does end after you get your diploma but the people dont change that much loL!

Oh, yeah. I didn't want to go to college after HS because I thought it would be too much like that. So, I entered the work force and every job I've had since then has been that way. It's like we're living a soap opera!

no sometimes that is true. the old folks experience that too. lol. but really i think it's just the way we were made. we feel we have to be with the people we hang out with or we're just weird.
