The only place in the bible that has any mention of the dimensions of a circle is I Kings 7:23-26, and it suggests that the ratio of the circumference and diameter is 3. There is no mention anywhere of a ratio of 22 / 7.

The bible is pretty poor when it comes to math. It contains numerous mathematical inconsistencies or absurdities, as for example the dimensions of King Solomon's temple and the gold and silver it's supposed to have inside of it. The fact that the bible was "written a long time ago" is no excuse, because contemporary civilizations already possessed high sophistication in mathematics and more accurate figures for pi.

the Bible denies the existence of pi. In fact, it is un-Christian to believe in pi. This is because the Bible clearly states that numbers are discrete and not continuous. In mathematical terms, this means only rings can exist and not fields. Thus, pi over the field of reals does not exist according to the Bible.
