The first thing is a 1/2 hp pump will not pump will only pump 3-4 gallons of water a minute from that depth. You should use a 3/4 or 1 hp pump that will give you the correct 10-13 gpm that you need. A quality pump(one that has a 3yr or better warranty) will cost you about $800.00 . As long as you have it out I would recomend replacing the drop pipe, and power cable. (So you dont have to do it in a year when the pipe springs a leak or wire goes bad.)Time for truck and workers, your most likely looking at close to $2000.00 for the job. You may want to have them check your pressure tank while the are out there.It may be time to replace it too.

Some of it will depend on where you live. But it isn't going to be cheap. Definitely call around. Where I live the local lumber yard has a crew of workers that does this sort of thing. You probably won't find that at one of those mega-box lumber places, so look locally.
