go to the website of your provider, you should be able to login to your webmail from there, then you can delete the mail yo can't receive and use outlook again.

Stop using Outlook Express for one..... All ways use web mail to read your mail. that way you can read the mail delete what you don't want and then download what you do want

when you use Outlook it brings all the mail, including viruses that may not have been caught, in other words unknown viruses so play safe and read your mail online through web mail

Hopefully, they have a webmail interface and you can go there and delete it. If not, you can be sneaky.

Open a cmd window. Type

telnet mail.free-online.net 110
user
pass

and you'll be on your mail server. You can LIST to get all of the messages and DELE to get rid of the offending one. Type HELP to see all of the commands you can do. Leave by typing QUIT or EXIT (I forget which).

Go to your providers website, they should have webmail access. Try logging in that way and delete the email that is causing you problems. Someone probably sent you an email with a huge file attachment.

You may be able to go online to the remote access mail site and kill the message there. If not, you will have to address the postmaster of free-online.net and ask that it be removed, telling them as much as possible about your problem.
