People need to start choosing kindness. Sounds corny, but it is a relatively easy thing to do, and makes living that much more worthwhile.

This country should provide health coverage to all Americans at no charge. Other countries do it why cant the USA. No one should have to worry about having enough money to stay healthy. I was once in a bank and an elderly fellow came into the lobby out of a room very upset and saying out loud he was refused a loan and his wife needed medicine and he needed the loan for that. It was very sad and upsetting to me and I am sure all the other bank patrons.That was years ago but I still remember it. OK thanks for the question Point is how often is there folks in need without funds that go without because of lack of the almighty dollar.

Oh...the possibilities.
I just started taking three supplements: Cinammon, Fish oil and Evening Primrose Oil. I really don't know if it is a good idea or not, but this book I am reading (The Ultrametabolism Prescription) suggests them and I thought what the heck...aside from Folic Acid, I should be taking other things too, specially Omega 3 because my Dad died of circulatory problems, so here I am on day two of the journey.
