who would i go to to start my own company? How could I start?
I want to own a company that manufactures computers and then eventually do programmes, etc. Just like microsoft. (If i do become a success, I will not try and take over microsoft until I have enough money).

An idea and a logo? That's not nearly enough. You need paying customers. Go find a few of those...

You need to set out a business plan

What type of company (ie computer sales, computer repairs, computer manufacturing, computer training, computer repairs, computer programming, games etc etc etc.)

As you can see there are 100's of types of computer company and your question is a bit vague as to what type you want to start or you know about computers.

A business plan will set that all out together with a projection on sales based on your market research, how much you need to set up and what sort of staff and premises you need.

Without a business plan and some evidence you can make it work, nobody is going to lend you money to start.

You may be able to get some help from the small business advisor at your bank.

If you are unable to draw up a business plan then it is likely that you are not yet ready to start a business.

I don't want to put you off but you do need to realise what is involved

HI,

Starting of any company does need funds but not to a great extent. It all depends upon what do you really want to do. For e.g. Apple started in a garage. Microsoft story is no more different.

So first you work out what is it you want to do. Which clientle you want to address to. Then from that you can work out what is it you require (capital expenditure/ other expenses) to achieve the purpose of the company and from there you take on.

All the Best.......
