I know that this is going to sound weird to some people, but my mom smoked a lot of pot around me before I was old enough to know what it was. Then, the first time that I smelled pot when I was a teenager, I had major deja vu and it sent me right back to childhood. They say that smell is the sense that is most tied to memory and it's true even if you don't know what the smell is at the time.

The smell of honeysuckle on the vine, lilac, just-perked coffee and fried bacon first thing in the morning, wet dirt, freshly cut grass, snow in the air, and the smell of disinfectant in an elementary school.
Thanks for asking. That was a nice little trip down memory lane....

Crayons rock. How 'bout Elmers glue or the smell of Campbell's tomato soup? Actually, the ones that reallly do it for me are Bonnie Bell's Skin or Tabu perfumes. They are ones that my mother used to wear.

Probably the smell of play dough. My little niece had a container of it awhile ago and just getting a little sniff brought back memories of Kindergarten.

My grandparents house, breakfast sausage and strawberry air freshener.
The breakfast sausage is cause that's one thing that I loved that my grandpa would cook with everything else for breakfast when I'd spend the night. My parents don't eat pork so they wouldn't ever let me have it and he would.
The strawberry air freshener is because it smells like my little strawberry shortcake baby doll that I had. You know, those ones that you squeeze and their breath smelled like strawberries.
