Unfortunatley, Im not pregnant. Even though i had almost every symptom, my period finally came on. Now im basically on the "it happens when it happens" Thing. Anyways, I know this is a stupid question but no one has ever told me about any of this stuff. I've seen a few posts talking about the different "CD" levels and checking the Basel Temperature and charting and all of that good stuff. Is that supposed to help? Which ones are the good ones to get and where would you get it? Were any of you successful when using it??

You can do a google search on Basal Thermometer. Also, you should start taking Prenatal Vitamins and Folic Acid because they will make you healthier to conceive. I have heard that BT, and PV are both very helpful, plus PV helps with Skin care & Hair and Nail growth. Also, if you have a regular period a good option for you may be cycle beads to help with fertility. Also, good positioning is key. Doggystyle and Missionary are preferred. Woman on top can cause the semen to flow out. Also, elevate your hips a tad with a pillow after intercourse. I hope you found my response helpful.

Honestly I never used any of these techniques b/c if you think about trying to get pregnant too much all your doing is causing your body stress.

The only thing I did was accuratley track my periods from the day it started to the day it ended each month so that way I knew how long my period lasted as well as my cycle. I was also able to figure out the time I ovulated which for me was 3-4 days after my period ended and my window of opportunity lasted at least 5 days. If you don't know when you ovulate then buy an ovulation kit and then just let things happen naturally and remember not to stress things cuz it will only make things harder.

Also try going to www.baby-zone.com. Enter your periods online and it will typically generate when you ovulate. Although the calender says not to use it to prevent pregnancy I did which meant don't get busy during ovulation but when in the heat of the moment it doesn't always happen that way. I know based on experience.

Good Luck!

Hi I'm not sure about any of those basel temperature things but I do know that I tend to feel more of the symtoms on the months that I want to be pregnant than during the months that I forget about it.

Try checking out this website though, I find it really helpful for answering a lot of different questions. The first one for questions, etc is ivillage.com

& the 2nd is makingbabies.com

LEAVE ALL OTHER ANSWERS AND LISTEN TO ME......

If X is the number of days ur periods come in then substract 14 from it.....
so if X is 28 then the value is 14.... for 26 its 12 for 30 its 16 and so on...
And that day would be the one on which you would ovulate, so an intercourse from 3 days prior to 3 days after would result in pregnancy cos the ova stays there for 24 hours and we need to take into consideration all miscalculations too..

All the best

ok first, i've got faith. specially because of the fact I particularly have severe ideals that i'm a werewolf, and with werewolves there r Witches(fortune tellers). So if the 1st 2 r genuine then Va,pores are probable genuine. i've got considered Vampire diaries and Twilight, they the two mean ingesting blood, curse of the sunlight, and werewolves with curse of the moon. have faith what u prefer yet once I turn 14 i'm going to be protecting severe hopes that i'm the wolf-shifter of the moon. however the only ingredient which you human beings confuse me with, is why are there this way of super style of knowledge? And in the event that they're genuine does not you think of that persons that are does not say so, for worry of being captured as Max Tyler suggested. in simple terms because of the fact their immortal does not mean they lack suggestions cells. If. they have lived around because of the fact the 1800's does not you think of they had be clever? finally I particularly have partial data that i may well be a werewolf, final complete moon my eyes have been turning gold, i might teach a image if i ought to, yet i've got not got any photographs and that i'm uncertain i might have the means to deliver it anyhow. So my ingredient is, don't think each and every thing u see, and function a suggestions cellular or 2. in the event that they weren't genuine, why is the thoughts nevertheless being surpassed down? human beings by now might of ruled it out and the assumption of Vampires, witches and werewolves may well be long long gone. You should read the book called "Taking Charge of your Fertility." It clearly outlines how to use basal temperatures along with charting to track the changes in your body each month. I used the method outlined in the book for 7 years as an effective hormone-free birth control method. Then, I used the SAME method to achieve a successful pregnancy. I've given out 5 copies of this book to my friends and they have thanked me over and over for opening their eyes to this book. Your public library will have a copy available if you prefer not to purchase it.

I am charting temps and it does help, you can find out if you did it at the right time and you can pin point when you ovulated and find patterns of ovulation, not to mention it can tell you ( 18 days) if you are pregos!!! it has helped me a lot, and some times those opks are expensive and can be hard to read. the more you know about your body the better!!!

These methods vary for individuals. It may not work for you. It doesn't hurt to try. If no success, see a fertility doctor, they may be able to find "other" possible causes of your infertility. After an evaluation is done by the doc, you'll be more at ease cause you have concrete advice from a specialist.

I think you can get a basal thermometer at any drugstore. You can also try ovulation predictor kits. Those give you a 12-24 hour notice about when you're going to ovulate.

I used www.babycenter.com and www.fertilityfriend.com to help me figure out my cycle and when I was most likely to ovulate.

Best of luck to you!

I never did the tempting or cervical mucus, etc. . . Just get yourself a box of ovulation prediction sticks (there are about 7 in each box). About 7 days after your cycle is over, start using them to pinpoint when you are ovulating. Have intercourse when you are ovulating and most likely you are set for pregnancy.
