I am trying. I joined Weight Watchers and I am learning how to eat now.
I love the bad stuff and that is why I have gained so much weight in the last few years....

I've been eating much more healthy lately - hope it balances out the crap I can't resist putting into my system. I'm a sucker for a big pasta meal, and pie, cake and cookies! Damn carbs!

I've started to, cut out most processed foods, cut out sugar, I've lowered my drinking.. but I've only been at it for 2-3 weeks, so I hope I can keep it up.. Also, I've been drinking a gallon of water a day. It really does help clear up the skin..

Mostly, but on Monday my kid's and I drove 3 hours for some Jack in the Box tacos and jalapeno poppers.

IfI have time to cook then yes, unfortunately I normally work 12 hour shifts (days and nights) so often have to grab whats available at the time..

sometimes, yes--sometimes, no. I try to eat balanced meals most of the week, but sometimes, I've just got to have pizza, fried chicken & biscuits or an Italian hoagie (sub w/Italian cold cuts and cheeses)!

Quite. Raw fruit and veggies, nuts, seaweed and nutritional yeast. Yum! And no cooking or clean up!
