My husband and I lost a child at 5 due to holopresencephaly. Her brain did not develop. Although, we were told that it was not a genetic problem we still are anxious to see if this baby is OK. Thank you!

I think its during the 2nd trimester. Go to http://www.babycenter.com and take a look at the baby month to month or week to week. You should be seeing a perinatologist, they do frequest ultrasounds and will do a 2nd level US at 20 weeks and 24 weeks. At least mine did. They look at everything and mesure everything. Good Luck and So very Sorry for your loss.
