One of the easiest ways (flakey though it may seem) is to place yourself with all appropriate information as an entry in Outlook Contacts, set up a View which includes *only yourself*, then do a Mail Merge to "provoke" Word into fetching an Avery Template for the business card form appropriate for the cards you want to print, propagate a page-worth of cards, insert an image-logo or whatever it takes to "prettify", etc., then "propagate" to a new document.
