Most manufacturers recommend a mileage or time frame for coolant flush and replacement. Usually it's around two years or 30k miles. Check your owners manual. I change it on my cars every two years or 30k. Coolant is so much better now, as are cooling systems on cars, that every year is even a bit excessive.

Look at the coolant in your radiator or overflow tank. It should be bright green and translucent. If not, it's time for a change

Unless you put a lot of strain on your motor or live in a really harsh climate, every 30k or two years should be fine. If it bothers you, once a year.

Not needed if you do it right the first time if there was a reason to do it in the first place. The old engines were cast iron and rusted over time especially those which had water only for coolant.
The newer engines are more alloy block engines and don't rust as easily. But hoses rot and fall apart from the inside.
So not only do you flush out the old coolant, you change all the hoses. How often....I have never needed to do it. And have had cars for years.
So, as I stated in the beginning - is there a reason you are doing it?

Why would you want to flush your radiator every month?.You should get your cooling sysytem flushed every 2 years or 40000 miles. Most vehicles now have long life coolant that will last 5 years

A month? Zero times. That's way too often.
