Why do Lieberals feel the need to direct their hatred of the country at the troops?

Here it is again. This is the same tune that all the Cons and Neo-Cons keep singing. Liberals are not directing hatred at anyone and they certainly do not hate "the troops". Conservatives cover the real issue with the blanket of asking," why do liberals hate the troops so much?" It is the conservatives that have bogged our troops down smack dab in the middle of two civil wars, poorly protected and severely undermanned. It is the Conservatives that have asked for huge spending while cutting taxes, mortagaging the future of generations of Americans to pay for the failed policies of today. Liberals do not hate the country. They do not hate the troops. Liberals are standing up for the country and the troops while conservatives feed our young men and women to the slaughterhouse of war and those that do survive and return are assured of a life of near poverty.

Let's see, our troops are ill equipped and improperly trained to do there jobs. Veterans benefits are being slashed right and left. We never deployed the proper amount of troops in the first place, nor did we secure Iraq's borders properly, which of course has led to more chaos and more unneeded deaths. Oh yeah, and then there's the mess at Walter Reed. Sure seems to me that people high up the ladder are the ones who don't like our troops. But I'm guessing your to bliinded to see the real truth, so go ahead and hide in your make believe world.

My father was in the military for 22 years and worked for the military until only months before he died, and he said, right before he died - i will not live to see my country get back on track and it breaks my heart.

Yes, he couldn't believe Americans were supporting Bush, supporting being lied into a war, supporting killing our troops to enrich Bush, supporting swallowing propaganda and giving up their minds.

Liberals spend their lives thinking about how to improve the country. That's love of country, not hatred. Neo-cons seem to be fighting for the right of Bush to do whatever he wants. That's hatred of country for sure.

Liberals in this country love their nation---are dedicated to the Constitution and are extremely proud of our military and the people who serve and to say any different is a LIE and an affront to every one of us who have served our country in other conflicts and even spilled blood for this country's flag !!

This ludicrous position that in order to be a "Good American" that you have to swallow what gets dumped out of the White House is BS and its long overdue that it be said loud and long !!! They have found that it is an effective tactic to try and not only undermine the troops but also undermine American citizens love of counrty...which they hate!
