"Exit From Abattoir". An abattoir is a slaughterhouse. Your teens may be leaving a realm of abuse, but could find the streets just as menacing.

I suggest City of Refuge (but this only fits if your characters settled in a city). The Hebrew Bible lists six cities of refuge. A person who had accidentally killed someone could escape to one of these cities to avoid being killed by the victim's relatives. I know your characters are not killers, but I still like the title.

Sorry, I had to come back and edit. I just searched Books in Print and there are already a couple of books named "A City of Refuge" or "The City of Refuge". So if you're going to try to publish your story, you should probably use some other suggestion.

P.S. Think about this the next time you see kids playing tag with a base (city of refuge).
